This course begins with relevant hazardous waste policies, introducing the definition and classification of hazardous waste, regulations for collection, temporary storage, and transportation, and teaching users how to minimize hazardous waste.
BioSafety
This course introduces the biological agents, biosafety control measures, good microbiological practice & procedure and decontamination & medical waste management. Moreover, the biosafety requirements for laboratories at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) are also available here.
Electrical Safety
This course covers electrical hazards, common unsafe behaviors, and hazardous conditions, while also addressing protective measures and emergency response procedures.
